All of our products are crafted to last. While we do our best to maintain a high quality, our jewelry is handcrafted by people with special needs and volunteers which may lead to some imperfections. Learn how to care for your products so they look new for years.

JEWELRY CARE

  • Even with the best technology available, all plated findings will begin to tarnish over the years with daily use. Try to avoid direct contact with perfume, household cleaning products, and bleach. Do not use acidic liquids, sonic cleaners, and commercial jewelry cleaners containing ammonia or alcohol. Avoid impacts with hard surfaces to prevent chipping or damage. We recommend that you store your jewelry in a box to prevent discoloration and scratches.

  • 1. Wash & dry your hands.

    2. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently clean the jewelry from every angle. For earrings, hold from the post (the part that goes into the earlobe).

    3. If possible, clean after every wear to remove dirt and any signs of daily wear.

  • Occasionally, your jewelry may require a deeper clean to remove dirt or stains. In order to protect the earring plating, we recommend not doing this too often.

    Deep cleaning instructions:

    1. Fill a clean bowl with lukewarm (not boiling) water (~30*C) and add a few drops of a mild, pH neutral detergent.

    2. Wash the jewelry for up to two minutes using your hands or a soft brush without using too much pressure.

    3. Rinse with clean water and ensure all soap has been removed.

    4. Dry thoroughly with a soft, lint-free cloth.

JEWELRY MATERIALS

  • Crystals are held together on an extremely durable elastic that has been tested for pulling and catching on sharp objects. There is no metal in the bracelets.

  • A high quality glass accurately cut to create unique shapes and colors. There may be a foil lined on the inside of the glass to create and reflect bolder colors.

APPAREL CARE

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors.

  • Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.

  • You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

  • Tumble Dry on a low cycle or hang-dry.

  • Use cool iron inside-out.

  • Do not iron the print.
