Step 1: Eligibility

Children are eligible for Holiday Toy based on the following criteria:

  • 17 years of age or under

  • Lives in the Greater St. Louis Region

  • Referral by a social worker, case manager, teacher, therapist, etc. is a must

  • Requests up to $250

Step 2: Application

Please have a parent or legal guardian complete the online application (Application will open October 1, 2026 and close November 1, 2026)

  • Only a parent or legal guardian should complete and sign the form.

  • Application are closed for 2025.

Step 3: Documents

You will receive an email from The Arya Foundation. Email the following required documents by Nov 15, 2026 (do NOT fax):

  • Child’s Photo

  • Child’s Story

  • Physician’s letter confirming a diagnosis

  • A referral confirmation

Step 4: Application Review

If approved, the holiday toy application decision will be communicated by December 1,2026.

  • Accept your Holiday Toy grant by December 7, 2026, and schedule your pickup time.

  • You can either pick up your holiday toy on December 20, 2026, at a scheduled time, or have it shipped to a permanent address.

  • Share your photos and feedback promptly, as it is a mandatory requirement to complete the application.

  • We may share your child’s photo, story, or feedback to spread holiday cheer.
