Please read the rules and regulations below for your knowledge.

  1. You will receive (depending on your booth size):

    • Single Booth: One 6’ x 30” rectangle table, two chairs, and one wastebasket in a 8’ wide x 6’ deep booth space

    • Double Booth: Two 6’ x 30” rectangle table, 4 chairs, and one wastebasket in a 16’ wide x 6’ deep booth space (you can opt to remove one table if you’d like to have a free-standing display)

  2. Load-In: 8am-11am

  3. Load-Out: 5pm-8pm

  4. We request all Exhibitors stay for the duration of the event, which is 12pm-5pm

  5. Food/Drinks: TBD. Food/Drinks may also be brought from outside for personal consumption.

  6. The Arya Foundation reserves the right to require any Exhibitor to remove a booth or any part of a booth which, in the sole judgement of The Arya Foundation, is misleading or deceptive, in poor taste, unsuitable to, or not in keeping with the character and objectives of the convention. The Arya Foundation also reserves the right to refuse space to any organization, individual, company, etc, that it deems inappropriate.

  7. The Arya Foundation is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage that may occur to Exhibitors, their employees, agents, or property prior to or during this convention. The Exhibitor, upon filling out the application form, expressly releases The Arya Foundation and its volunteers from liability, and the Exhibitor further agrees to indemnify same against any and all claims due to such injury, loss, or damage. Each Exhibitor must provide for safeguarding of their goods, materials, equipment, personnel, and display at all times.
