  1. Speakers/performers are recommended to arrive to the “Disability Awareness Convention 2020” at least 30 minutes before their session. This will give ample time to prepare for the event.Upon arrival, please grab a schedule so you know which room you will be in at what time.

  2. A projector and one microphone will be provided to all speakers/performers. If you have anything to display on the projector, please send it to info@TheAryaFoundation.org by February 16, 2020 in a supported format (Microsoft Office, PDF, MP3, and MP4 are recommended). If other formats are needed, please email us and we will figure something out. Please keep in mind that the Purser Center, Logan University does not permit any open flames or anything on the walls.

  3. All speakers/performers should start exactly at the time given. You have 25 minutes to speak and 5 minutes after to set up and break down (ex. if the allotted session time is 2:30PM, the session must end by 2:55PM, with 5 minutes to pack up and for a new session to begin).

  4. The Arya Foundation reserves the right to ask any speaker/performer to leave if, in the sole judgement of The Arya Foundation, provides information which is misleading or deceptive, in poor taste, or unsuitable to or not in keeping with the character and objectives of the convention.
